Are you accepting new patients? Yes, we are accepting new patients. 

What do you specialize in? Bespoke Therapy focuses on treating anxiety, panic, PTSD, depression, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. We have significant experience treating professionals in the medical, legal, education, and business fields, including those dealing with substance-related issues.

Are in person visits an option? No, only telehealth visits are available.

Do you accept insurance? Yes, we accept Anthem Blue Shield Blue Cross, ConnectiCare, Cigna, Optum, United Health, and Aetna insurances.

I don't have insurance, can I pay a cash rate? Yes.

I don't live in Connecticut, can I still make an appointment? Unfortunately due to state laws, Bespoke Therapy can only see CT residents and they must be in CT at the time of the visit. 

What is Alma? Alma is a business partner Bespoke Therapy uses for scheduling and processing insurance. 

What ages do you see? We specialize in patients 18 years of age and older.
