Telehealth Visit
Connect to Your Appointment via Therapy Notes (New System)
1 - The link to your portal: Click Here
2 - If you have not, please complete all the required documents before your next appointment. To find the documents, log in and in the upper right hand of the screen click on Documents.
3 - You may join your telehealth visit by clicking on the link sent to your email or inside your portal.
Connect to Your Appointment via Google Meets (Old System)
1 - If you are using a phone, download the Google Meet app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
2 - Your visit link will be emailed to you when booking an appointment.
3 - If possible, be in a quiet, private room so we both can hear each other. Also, I cannot meet with you if you are actively driving.
4 - Write at least your first name on your profile so I can identify you in the waiting room.
5 - If you cannot find your email link, click here instead. This will also link you to the visit.
