Bespoke Therapy focuses on treating adults (18 years of age and older) with anxiety, panic, PTSD, depression, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder.
Psychiatric Evaluation 60 minutes
A comprehensive evaluation is designed to help answer important questions like:
- Do I have a mental health condition that needs treatment?
- Could medication be helpful for me—and if so, how?
- How long might I need to be on treatment?
- What are my full range of treatment options, including therapy, lifestyle changes, or other supports?
The goal of an evaluation is to provide clarity, guidance, and a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs.
Medication Follow Up 15-30 minutes
Follow-up appointments are an important part of your care. During these visits, we’ll check in on:
- How well your medication is working
- Any side effects you're experiencing
- Whether adjustments are needed to improve results
- Is it time to begin to decrease and discontinue your medication
The goal is to make sure your treatment remains effective, safe, and aligned with your needs at every step.
